Bayan Health builds AI operators and operations technology for the healthcare front office. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit www.bayan.health or contact us, and how we approach sensitive healthcare data in the products we deliver.
The products and services we provide to healthcare practices are governed by the contracts, security requirements, and implementation scope agreed with each practice. This policy covers the public website.
Information we collect
This website is a static marketing site. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and does not ask you to submit personal information through the site itself. The information we handle is limited to:
- Inquiries you send us. If you email hello@bayan.health, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your name, role, and details about your practice.
- Standard hosting logs. The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages as part of operating and securing the service.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use application cookies for accounts, analytics, advertising, or session recording. Our hosting and security providers may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver and protect the site, including cookies used for bot management and abuse prevention.

How we use information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, discuss whether Bayan may be a fit for your practice, and keep ordinary business records of that correspondence. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking.

We share information only with the service providers that make the website and our email work — such as our hosting and email providers — and where required to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Protected health information
The public website is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI). Please do not include patient names, medical details, or other patient identifiers in email inquiries.
Within the systems we build for practices, Bayan designs for least-privilege access, audit trails for key workflows, and PHI guardrails — for example, operational reporting is designed to stay low-cardinality and PHI-restricted. Product-specific handling of PHI is governed by the agreements in place with each practice.
Content on this website is informational only. It is not medical advice, and Bayan Health is not a medical provider.
Data retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the conversation with you or needed for ordinary business records, and delete it when it no longer serves either purpose.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS with strict transport security, and its static design keeps the amount of data it can collect to a minimum. Email correspondence is handled through access-controlled business accounts.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us at any time by emailing hello@bayan.health. We will respond to reasonable requests promptly.
Children
This website is intended for healthcare professionals and business audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
